- CONSTATAR que las razones presentadas por el Senor Alcalde Mayor de Bogota, doctor Samuel Moreno Rojas, para no asistir el 21 de agosto de 2008 a la Comision Primera Constitucional de la Camara de Representantes, "con el objeto de explicar las medidas que su administracion piensa adoptar frente a la dificil situacion de inseguridad que vive la Capital de la Republica, de acuerdo con el cuestionario aprobado en la proposicion de citacion a debate de control politico en la sesion de la Comision realizada el dia 19 de agosto de 2008"; justifican la programacion de una nueva citacion.
